Three years have passed since the #znamiseneha group spoke out about sexual harassment in the field of the performing and audiovisual arts. The survey they conducted confirmed that the problem exists and that stakeholders are aware of it.
The #znamiseneha group has outlined some simple steps that can be taken to limit the occurrence of sexual harassment or effectively address its consequences. Following these steps earns stakeholders an Iskra Certificate, which confirms their commitment to zero tolerance of harassment.
