Stane Sever: Genius on Stage

The book Stane Sever: Genius on Stage by Marek Košir was published by Pivec Publishing House. In four chapters, it presents Sever's youth, his beginnings as an actor, and his acting career in Ljubljana and Maribor, as well as an overview of his roles and memories of him and his work in radio, television and film. Sever made his breakthrough at the age of 20 and soon became one of the leading actors at the SNT Drama Ljubljana, amassing hundreds of different theatre and film roles during his creative career. He was also active in academic circles, first as an honorary lecturer for drama and the spoken word, and later as an associate professor at the University of Ljubljana Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television.
